Brewed with our friends from Ironclad Distillery in Newport News, we decided to brew a very untraditional smoked Scotch Ale. We used the four grains that we both use in our bourbon mashes: Barley, Corn, Rye, and wheat and Now we’ve made it a Coffee Edition!
